Listening to your needs is a key element in delivering printed collateral that meets – and exceeds – expectations. To deliver eye-catching materials, we seek to understand your brand and message, the scope of the project, and any concerns you may have about the piece.
We study the project, developing a deeper understanding of the goal of the printed material, the target audience, the intended product use, and your expectations.
Using our understanding of the project and your goals, we develop and present options and recommendations. We reconfirm the timeline and provide samples of paper, colors, or coatings so you can see, touch, and feel various options to select the best fit for your project.
Throughout the project, we strive to deliver upon every detail and create the quality, eye-catching materials that get your brand noticed. We make sure we’re available to you at each step of the journey, and we always communicate promptly.
Our first step in delivering a successful direct mail campaign begins with learning about your campaign goals, developing the scope and timeline of the project, identifying the target audience, and discussing any concerns or pain points you may be experiencing.
Next, we review our findings to ensure we have a clear understanding of the campaign requirements and your goals; then we make recommendations for driving responses and minimizing postage rates.
We believe in keeping you informed. Throughout the project, we provide status updates and reports to reassure you and keep you in-the-know – eliminating any unexpected surprises.
For us, delivering your campaign to the target audience and providing postal reporting doesn’t mean the project is complete. Rather, once a campaign has been mailed, we evaluate the steps of the project to identify what worked well and where the strategy can be improved. Then we conduct project post-mortems with you for future success.
Selecting appropriate corporate branded items is much more than just
purchasing a number of items to fit within a budget. To us, it’s also about gaining an understanding of your brand and corporate culture, who your target audience is, the purpose or function for the items, and cultural nuances that may need to be considered.

Once we’ve identified the appropriate merchandise, we provide product
recommendations. Our team will then storyboard the concepts to provide a virtual look so we’re able to determine your likes and dislikes.
We believe you should touch and feel your merchandise before making a final selection. We provide samples of favorite items, and we show how the brand will be represented with stitch-outs or pre-production proofs.
Our goal, throughout each project, is to deliver. From timelines to client expectations and the promises we make, we stick to our word. We make sure we’re available to you throughout the project and we always communicate promptly.
A kick-off meeting is our first step in developing an eCommerce site. During this meeting, we will meet with your team to discuss your branding guidelines, your goals for the site, and any specific functionality needs.
After the kick-off meeting, our team develops a strategy and project timeline for building the custom, secure, user-friendly eCommerce site.
The next step is the actual building of the site: design the site skin using your branding, build the functionality required, create the items, and establish user groups.
During the build process, the site and the items are tested by our team to verify and confirm accuracy. Once our Quality Control processes are complete, we meet with your team to review the site and provide access credentials so your team can perform your Quality Assurance audit.
After all Quality Control and Assurance tests have been completed, we work with your team to create a site user guide and to coordinate the go-live.
